Au-Cu 6 NIST Certified Elements
NIST Standard Set – 6 NIST certified embedded elements. The wires are embedded sideways into a 1/2″ pin stub to provide maximum analysis area. The surface is polished down to 0.5 µm, and is coated with 10nm carbon. The concentrations are laser engraved in the surface to make it even easier to recognize.
NIST element-certification report is included in hard copy and digital on request. This sample can be used to test EDS and WDS quantification, either for normalised measurements or for standard-based analysis.
